1. Returns for incorrect, damaged or faulty products
If you have received the wrong item, an item damaged in transit or a defective product, we offer a replacement or a full refund.

2. Returns at the customer’s request (wrong choice, wrong size, did not meet expectations or change of mind)
Time limit: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging (for hygiene reasons).
Opened or clearly used products may be refunded with a deduction of up to 50%, or refused entirely following individual assessment.
- Cost: The customer is responsible for return postage. Original delivery costs will not be refunded.
3. Store credit
If your return does not meet the standard criteria, but the item is still unused and in its original condition, we may in some cases issue a store credit.

Returns: Returns are at your own expense. A refund of the item’s value will only be issued following inspection; a reduction in value of up to 50% may apply in the event of signs of use, missing parts or improper handling.
